Kittens are as cute as cute can be


(Warning! This may be challenging to read, but as rewarding at the end)

We have been gifted with a recent addition to our motley crew of souls and since, our lives have been blessed untold. She captures our attention, time after time to be blissfully lost in playful innocence and awe, and leave us filled with wonder evermore.

Mind you, that could so be said of all. Even Patsy, that rule the nest with the threat of getting highly upset should her word not be met is much more than what you’d expect. And what she gets by being as cute as a gremlin in mogwai disguise she only takes so every now and then, and demand it only rare these days.

But hands down cuter than what Patsy sound you must see our baby cat. She’s a button that can fascinate for hours in a whirlwind of attention deficit delight, scaring monsters hide and dare and fighting foe and friend in the abundance of life we share.

Which remind me to ask if everyone knows that kittens sleep blissful unaware? Trusting nature and nothing much else is something we should keep in mind next time we curse the plan or happenstance for anything we didn’t quite expect.

With our newest member that of course has no effect as instinct knows it makes no sense in blaming something else. Even food may some days be a feast in nature when they come to realize that we’re not there, and they have feasted so before with but the minimum of feline fuss a day or two thereafter.

But then I guess that we and dogs and cats are all the same when living without blame, and with it pain and shame and gain and even time itself become as nothing in the playful fun of loving life and living well. With life that full I guess if some insist to blame as choice then that’s a choice they make and live, but every now and then we need to mind our self that its a choice, no less.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. So it stays the same forever till the day we stop to blame and look inside to greet our spirit self, and in that meeting recognize the bond we share with all that lives and is across eternity itself.

All of which just make kittens only cuter.
